Not sure what model you have so I need to guess that it only has a thermostat control that regulates temperature? Can you post the Model Number? If your model only uses the temperature control to regulate temperatures then I suspect that the temperature control is at fault and needs replaced. Spare parts HERE Can you locate your model number? The "Generic OBD" of code P0128 is "Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature"

The most likely cause is a stuck-open thermostat, however, I have also seen defective Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensors also cause this code.

You need to replace the thermostat if it can not regulate the oil temperature.
