Unfortunately you have lost the bootlog in your operating system this could have been due to a virus.(speculation) You will have to use the recovery disk that was provided to you when you bought the computer. If you don't have one contact the manufacturer and they will send you one sometimes free of charge. Take care... Be mucho blessed..Mark
