keep it simple, make sure water is on to both hot and cold hoses. Trip switches for door (and sometimes soap draws) can prevent machine working. Try asking a few logical questions. Has the machine been moved recently? If its out of level this could be a problem. Check solenoids are working (these are electrical taps at the back of machine which hoses hock up to), to do this try both hot and cold settings. Even try changing water level settings to further attempt to deduct were problem might lie.
hope this helps and let us know how u go
Gary - LEDS 00110010 as you have not mentioned the last LED which will be red if on is 00110011
Ok - your code is 50 indictes a faulty hot water valve - question - have connected the hoses correctly - as per your descriptions - it should always be cold 1st then hot water- cold - then hot etc until it fills.
Pays to check this as the fault code is totally opposite to what your saying..
Check your fill lines going into the washer, my guess is the hot line is filled with junk. They have screens inside the end of the fill lines that get loaded with gunk, clean off the screen & your good to go
You MAY have a faulty cold valve (Not unusual) Or low water pressure. If the machine will fill ok on 'hot' but has a problem on 'cold' then you probably have a faulty 'cold' valve.
Do not change wires to 'hot' valve, as there is a difference..
Hi Fiona.I believe the cold valve is probably faulty & is not flowing fast Its probably dribbling water in?taking forever to fill.the machine should be giving up & beeping at you if thats the case.If you have a faulty cold valve then switching to warm won't help as the hot valve will close itself off to compensate for the lack of cold water..afterall you have told the machine to fill with warm,,if it cant make warm water because of a faulty cold valve then the hot will decrease to a point where its not letting any water thru..try a hot only wash..if it goes thru wash cycle ok then good chance its cold valve problem.wow i hope that helped.
this is what we call a user fault : you may also hear a series of beeps as well usaly idicates hot water is not detected this may occur when warm or hot is selected solution make sure hot water is avalible to machine
your hot water supply might not be getting to the machine.
check the filters in the hot water supply hose.
If the waters not hot enough the hot water light will flash,or you can go into Options adjustment,in your user manual, then adjust you water temperature, its is easy.
