Question about Refrigerators
There is a drain line somewhere in the back wall of the freezer that drains out the water when defrosting. this line is apparently clogged.
defrost the freezer if needed and look on the back of the refrigerator or in the back of the freezer for this drain. sometimes you have to take off the back panel to see it.
you can try to pour some hot water in the back of the freezer to try to flush it out, it may just be frozen over.
i usually just take it outside and blast it out with a hose, but thats just me.
