Question about Gateway 500GR PC Desktop
PC went into sleep mode normally. When i attempted to use it again I recieved no response from the keyboard or mouse. I held in the power button to reboot it. When i powered it back up the front gateway light lights up, the internal fan runs, and the yellow busy light displays for a short time. However, the system never gets beyond this point. There are no beeps and the other processor fans never kick in. Itried using a different monitor but to no avail
I too had this problem, I had to disconnedct the main power to the PC, give it 30 seconds to bleed any residual capacitor charge and then plugged back in and hit the main power switch and it booted normally.
