Hi. the car is kicking due to the 1st to 2nd gear upshift in the transmission. Corollas are famous for this kind of behavior when it comes to the transmission. Some of them kick when upshifting, some of them downshifting, And some of them make a humming sound when they do so. It doesn't mean the trans will fail. Just make sure you do the usual fluid checks, and as long as it still look purple, you'll be fine.

There can be many reasons

The number 1 reason is wheel weights missing from a tyre.
Wheel lug nuts have come off, only one left.
Wheel bearings that has failed.
Bulging tyres, normally hidden on the inside
Tyres that aren't round and have become deformed.
Engine mounts separated from the rubber pads.
Loose or worn steering parts.

I have a 2003 toyota 4 runner sport, runs great in town and at 55 miles per hour, but on hwy at 70 + miles her hour it over heats why?

Water pump isn't moving enough water at the extra highway speeds. I've seen toyota water pump impellers wear down and sometimes it slips on the shaft. Look at replacing the water pump.

My 1995 toyota corolla blows clouds of blue smoke, but only when i hit speeds of around 50 miles per hour or higher. Its done around 130000 miles

this is an indication of worn bearings and worn rings as there is too much oil on the cylinder walls from excessive loss from the worn bearings that the worn oil rings cannot control the excess at high engine rpm's. Consider a recon short motor as it will be expensive to rebuild the engine.
