My kicker L7 subwoofer stopped working??

Is it locked up??? when you press on it is it smooth or does it feel like it is catching??? If so it is shot. If it is smooth though you may have a piece of tensiel popped loose from it flexing. Look at the pos. neg. post on the speeker you will see two wires that go into the cone one or both may be broke loose if so they can be sauterd back on by a qualified audio shop. The question is are you sure it is your speaker and not the inline fuse or the fuses on the amp or even a blown amp??

Multible amp wiring

Its always a better idea to use a distribution block when splitting your power source to multiple amplifiers-but you asked if it would work not what a good idea is -so to answer you yes it will work -im not recommending it but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do

Problem with fuses frying going into amp?

remove main battery fuse, and install new fuse into amplifier. then use a capacitor to slowly charge the amplifier. Some advanced installers use lights that go out when all capacitors are fully charged to avoid instant charge & Discharge of internal capacitors. you may have already damaged amplifier. Also check for loose wire strands making contact with amp chassis or other port in terminal strip.
