MY DEAR IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR PHON'S EAR PIECE IS OUT OF ORDER IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU WILL NOT HEAR DAILING TONE, YOU WILL NOT HEAR ANY INCOMING SOUND. GET IT REPAIRED BY A PROFESSIONAL REPAIRER BECAUSE YOU CANNOT DO THIS BY YOURSELF
I assume it's for the battery, correct? Push in and down at the same time and it should slide off with some force. Write me a testimonial back and if it doesn't come off i'll tell you what to do. Good luck and happy holidays!
This problem I've had myself But it will only solve the problem if your cell uses a sim card. When the sim cards go bad thats whats happens your hear them but they can't hear you or vice-versa.
