Network errors, like the 15-03, that you are receiving, have to do with fax "forwarding". the errors are thrown because the proper destination, or setup of the destination, for the forwarded faxes, are incorrect.
personally, i have not seen any 15-whatever codes. all the codes that i have dealt with are 14-01, 14-09, and 14-33. please double check the code that you are getting, and check the settings on copier.
14-01 and 14-09 codes usually mean that the smtp server name is incorrect, or the administrator e-mail address has not been added to the setup of the machine. although, it is still possible to e-mail directly without the administrator address being programmed. fax forwarding canNOT work without it. hence, the codes.
14-33 code usually means that there is an issue with the folder destination that the machine is trying to send to.

Press CLEAR MODE(yellow) key,
Press 1 , 0 , 7
Press and hold down CLEAR/STOP (red) key for more 5 sec.
Press in the SP Mode( on the touch pane) Go to sp5810 and reset SC code
Open the front door turn OFF the power main switch, and turn it ON Ricoh Error Code SC 554

The heating roller thermistor detects 240°C or more.
Defective fusing control system
1. Replace the PSU.
2. Replace the IOB.
3. Replace the BCU.
SC 542 Fusing temperature warm up error.Fusing lamp defective,poor fusing unit connector,thermistor warped or broken,thermostat has tripped,power supply defective.After verify the componenets try reset the error.Enter in service mode:Press the yellow key and press 107 and keep pressed the stop key 3 second.Touch the SP window on screen open the front door and turn OFF the copier.Wait 1 minutes ,close the front door and turn ON the copier.If the error code persist change the upper fuser roller and the thermistors.
SC is for "Service Call". The error may be caused by a defect or an irritation of internal sensors. Ricoh recommends to physically switch off the printer, wait for a few minutes and power on again. (Irritation by change in surrounding temperature) If you recently replaced any movable parts inside, remove it again and reseat, many parts inside are checked by sensors for proper seating. If this does not help, you need to call Ricoh customer service.
Controller to operation panel comucation error at start up.Check the controller stall,controller board installed correctly operation panel connectors.Enter im the service menu ,press the SP mode,open the front door,turn off the copier,unplugged the machine.Wait 10 seconds,plugged on the machine,close the front door,turn ON the copier and make a copy.
This error code SC 211 not exist.Exist SC 2-11 is the communication problem.For reset the SC codes following the procedure:enter in the service mode (press total clear key-1-0-7-Clear keyhold down more 3 sec.Enter SP 5-810 SC code reset and select `1`.Then hold down the original type key and the OK key at the same time.This does not require the main switch to be turned OFF and ON.
