Hello, recently i have installed an antivirus( kaspersky).Though it was installed successfully but it is not working.I also installed other antivirus to get rid of this problem but same problem occurred with every antivirus. in these circumstances i reinstalled my windows with a newer version but the problem was still there..then i checked my windows firewall settings..when i click it says" windows firewall settings can not be displayed bcoz the associated service is not running. do you want to start the windows firewall / internet connection sharing(ICS) service?"..when i click yes firewall starts but after a while when i click firewall again this message is shown again...what can i do now?
