Is it possible to use a 4355 All-in-one as a scanner? Got no manual

Please download the User's Manual for HP Office Jet 4355
Refer to Chapter 8 Page 69 for stepwise instruction for scanning.
Driver and software are available here

May be your printer's scanner part does not work properly.
Check Scanner Motor
Clean the disk of the scanner motor.
and try again
If not solved your problem you need to change scanner unit.

you need to go on to the hp website and see if they have vista drivers for that printer

don't on prints..super clean scan glass, slit of glass where originals are fed.
