HTC Operation Failed ERROR

It may be the display issue. It may because of some water or the phone may fallen. Visit the mobile service to fix the issue.

Restart the phone and then try again, See if it charges when you plug in the cable. Make sure it shows some charging symbol on the phone.
If nothing shows up when you plug your HTC S620 on to the computer then your charging port on your HTC Dash needs to be replaced.
Send you phone HTC Dash in for repair to Dr. Cell Phone. They are the largest HTC Repair Service Provider in the US.

Have you press the button for about 3-5 seconds and are you sure that it is the right button ??

soft reset then select network mannualy.

Go to display options and see if you can change contrast or brighness.

you just have to go to->Menu->Tools->Options->Connections. In Connections uncheck the AUTOMATICALLY DETECT SETTINGS option and select the Work option in SELECT NETWORK. Click done and now you are supposed to be able to connect to the Internet via WiFi

You might need to flash the ROM and start over again..

there is a guide how to flash from tmobile to s620 on there you will see links to and how to do this.. you don" t have tmobile dash version but the s620 version.. this will give you a step by step guide on doing this regardless if you have the tmobile dash version.. just follow the promps..

hi prasath i am using the same handset just let me know is ur handset is properly app unlocked and one more thing that error is about ur gprs settings .Currently i am using Vodafone Gprs and i have manually configured gprs settings .if u wamt more info just send me an email me at [email protected] and use opera mini instead of winwap it works great on dash
