Sounds like the motor shaft and/or blower wheel have broke. The best scenario is that the blower wheel has only become loose. Shut the unit off. If you are comfortable using tools then use your manual to show you how to remove the blower assembly. When it is out you will need to check the Allen screw that holds the wheel to the motor shaft. If you are lucky you can just align the screw with the flat side of the shaft and re tighten! If you have the unit out, it should be pretty obvious if there is any other physical damage. Make sure you can spin the unit freely without any other complications before re installing it. Good Luck!

A/c blower turns slow and makes puffing sound. bryant 80% avac system.little cold air from vents

Hello, replace the capacitor as when there are storms sometimes they can cause a voltage spike and damage the capacitor. The capcitor will be a round or oval metal looking can next to the motor. When the blower motor runs slow the coil can start to freeze due to lack of airflow and this is why little air is coming out of the vents. If the capacitor does solve the problem then the motor will have to be replaced.

It's a brand new unit but it blows air so hard and makes so much noise. Can the flow the adjusted down?

is the fan outside too noisy,if so there is no way to change the speed of this fan,the blower motor in the furnace can be adjusted, either by adjusting the centrifugal pulley on the motor shaft or electrically or installing a different squirrel cage fan on the furnace blower

Furnace blower won't stop running

Usually when the furnace blower motor runs all the time
The limit switch or rollout switch is usually open or bad.
The furnace board is seeing that one of those switches is open, so it brings the blower on to try to get the heat out of the combustion chamber area, so the switch will close. But if the switch is bad and won’t close, the furnace board will keep the blower running continuously.

Check for a loose set screw on the motor shaft for the blower wheel.
Check the blower wheel for a missing balance weight.
Check the blower wheel for a dust buildup in the blades.
Check the blower wheel for a broken fin blade.
Check the blower motor shaft for excessive play.(more than 1/4 inch of play).
Check mounting screws on the blower housing.

Air not blowing out of inside vents for my a/c

assuming you have a split system check the inside blower at the furnace. You also can check by putting the thermostat fan in the on position. When you are at the furnace look at the coil on top and make sure its not frozen.
