Auto Adjust Problem

Okay i have a g6000 HP Laptop.
for some reason or another the screen has enlarged everything on it.
The icons take upnearly the whole screen, and the start manu is huge.
I dont know what ive done or how to fix it
Can somebody help please?

are you able to access the NVidia software in All Programs?
