Question about Cameras
Hello, I got err 201 and a red light. The camera seems locked up. I remember reading about a sequence of buttons to hold down when I turned the camera on to reset it. Do you know this sequence or another fix?
According to the manufacturer if you are getting an error message you need to reset the camera. This should be done by removing the batteries and then reinserting them, and I would leave them removed for a minute or two before reinserting them. If this doesn't work I would have the camera looked at by an authorized service technician. I have included a link to a PDF download of your camera manual in case you need it. I hope this helps!
