Zynga and farmville has issues in loading specially when you are at a higher level with many houses and decors. i hope they can be able to fix this asap for i am also an avid farmville player.

That is not generally a problem with the internet provider, Eliz. Zynga (the company that makes Farmville) and Facebook are both very unreliable and very slow at times. There have been complaints about Farmville, in particular, for years. If you keep your browser and Flash insert up to date and turn off other programs while you play, any slowness is probably at Facebook, not your internet.
Try updating your version of Adobe Flash Player. This sounds like your current plugin couldn't handle the updated changes that farmville may have made.

log-in. If you still can't load farmville, try to load in on another
internet server.
1. HTTP #12031 Error means that the connection to the server was reset. In this case, you can try again to connect to the server by using Refresh / Reload.
2. If still the FarmVille page is not accessible, try this :
* Open your web browser.
* Goto Tools >> Internet Options.
