E-mail problem

Once I send an e-mail I have to wait at least a half hour before I can send another. A window pops up with a message, 'An error occurred while sending mail, mail access temporarily suspended for xx.xxx.xx.xx**BCMI**nipi101'. Any help on this matter is highly appreciated. I am using Netscape v7.2 on a Sony Viao desktop with Windows XP. Thank you.

try to configure another account that works fine on your pc to check if the problem is form your pc or form your account . if it si ok with the other account the u should check your email account with email service provider.
