Just to let you know, Venturer is no longer making the remote for your model. Your best bed to find a used remote would be Ebay.com. The part number of the remote is the same as the model number of the TV.
The TV could be wired to same breaker on the furnace. Or the cable line maybe cut or rubbing on electric line for furnace which can cause interference. Check each wire make sure there isn't any bare wire showing. good luck
Have you try the TV Menu in the remote control and then switch the window settings. I had the same problem and it turned out to be the window setting was in the smaller screen
