L37WD12 tv won't turn on, for a while if you unplugged it and then plugged it back in it would turn on and work fine but if you turned it off again you would have to unplug it again, well now no matter how long i leave it unplugged or power on and off i can't get it to turn back on, it just shows the red indicator light. I would appreciate any suggestions

Because these parts are no longer made and so hard to find, I bought two power supplies when I had to replace mine a few months ago. I just wanted to be sure mine would work but I am willing to sell the extra one if anyone is interested in buying it. ([email protected])

TV won't come back after pushing wrong button on remote.

Try unplugging the TV.. After you plug it back in it may be OK. I had a similar problem were I could not turn on the TV (JVC). The owners manual specified in the troubleshooting section to unplug for 1/2 hour. I left it unplugged overnight and the next day plugged it in and it was fine.

Tv won't turn on

Have a shop look at it, there is a power relay that either is causing this or something right around it is, seen this about five times over the last ten years in Hitachi sets. I had one customer who had it connected to a wall switch and from time to time had to unpower it several times but once on it was fine.....

Wii won't turn on.

Reset the AC adapter by following steps below.

1. Unplug the Wii AC adapter at both ends (from the back of the
Wii system and from the wall outlet or power strip).

2. After you've waited a full 2 minutes, plug the AC adapter back in on both ends and check to see if the power light comes on.

Power light stays red and nothing comes on on my RCA L37WD12 Flat Screen what is the problem? I guess it's getting power because of the red power light, but TV is not turning on! Please HELP

I just had my Vizio which blew up and the power light stayed on and you could not turn it off on the tv you had to unplug it and then when you plug it back in same thing all over again, no picture at all , My TV made a loud pop before this happened, paid 1700 for TV and repairs were 900, bought new TV instead, never buy a Visio, there customer service totally sucks, you get a warranty and they try to screw you with an old piece of junk refurbished TV, they tried anyway, after 2 months they finally gave me my money back and I bought a totally awesome, SAMSUMG, THE WAY TO GO!! It sounds like the same deal and if it is a Visio just do a google search and see how many people it has happened to that own a visio..steve

Power light flashing/ no picture

I have the same problem. The only way to get the TV to come on is to unplug it, but once you get it back on it turns itself off again in a few minutes.
