How would I set up on my fax machine to send one report to multiple numbers?

You need to add numbers first in all Speed Dial & then add those speed dials in Group dials. So that you can send that group to all locations at 1 time.

If you think it was helpfull rate me..

I don't understand the one touch dialing on the HP 2140

Hi Suzeo. Many HP fax machines have the function you are requesting. It is called the broadcast fax feature. Look in your owner manual for this feature. If I knew which model you have I would have researched it for you. IF by chance, your machine does not have this feature, it would be money well spent to replace your current machine with one that does. Depending on how many pages the daily fax is, I am estimating that you are spending an hour or more each day on this task. J.

Deleting speed dials on canon fax L800

you should be able to delete the speed dials by lifting the two speed dial pannels and you should get all the configuration butons showing. ress the speed dials button (think its on the middle of the bunch) then delete at bottom right. this should then ask which entry you want to delete ie. entry No 1,2,3,4 ect Hope this helps Cops Pete@wedotoners.com

How do I reprogram the numbers on speed dial ? and or add them or delete them?

Canon left me on hold for 30 minutes then told me this wasn't their problem and I should call my dealer for service.  I'll try that now.  Nope - they didn't know either.
Eureka!  Lift the panel that covers the speed dial buttons and push the button labeled "data registration".  Using the arrow buttons find the speed dial info and figure it out from there.  Good luck!
