Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
After I select the list of music I want to sync, I start the sync buton and it does only the first song stops and gives me an eror and when I look in the player it shows one unknown file with the size of 3.65 Gb.
I tryed everything, reinstaling the windows media player, nothing same eror
Get the recovery tool from Sandisk Support downloads. Put it in a file you can easily find.
plug in the Sansa, once it turns on, hold the power button until it turns off then switch the hold switch at the top edge of the player to hold (showing orange) and then hold the "Record" button on the side until the player turns on with a black screen, saying it is in recovery mode.
Some people have said they had to hold both "Power" and "Record" to make it work.
Run the recovery tool software and you should be running again.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
