Second time I;m going to explain
I have a Drivelife Palm. Because havimg problems to hotsync I though was something related with Hotsync cable, I ordered (order # 8716454893-001) item 3170WWZ. I got it but still I cant Hotsync. I noticed that when I try to reset Hotsync from the computer, does not light up, do not allow me to do anything. I need help ASAP.
