I too need the manual and drivers for this board.
Unfortunately the link posted by Aceltix leads to the file E9266v1.0 which is the manual for the K2 - 102 (MS9266) 1U rackmount server.
Perhaps the poster could check his link and oblige by posting the correct one if it is available to him.

SOURCE: ATX Power Supply Question
Most new power supplies have a twenty pin Molex connector and a 4 pin Molex connector. If you look closely at the connectors you will see that they go together a certain way. It can be very hard to tell. Take a close look at the shapes of each terminal. Match them up exactly.

Pin arrangment is Industry Standard Architecture.....
pwr led pwr sw N/C
X X X X O
X X X X O
hdd rst N/C
translated this is top row left to right ...... power led, power switch no connection
Bottom row is left to right........ hard drive, reset, no connection
Note: not all computer cases have a reset button, also the connectors for power led and hard drive produce a light, if the light does not show, power off the pc swithc the cable rooun 180deg on the connector pins and reconnect.

Some of the wires going from the power switch, reset switch, speaker, and LEDs must be attached to the motherboard the correct way. That is, they must not only be placed in the right spot where they need to go, but they also must be connected with positive and negative wires on the right pins.
If your HDD LED is not lighting up when the HDD is "thinking", try reversing the cable where the HDD LED wire plugs in (just flip it so the black wire is where the non-black wire was). I tried to find a good picture of your motherboard to guide you but they were not very helpful. From squinting really hard, I believe the spot they should plug into the board is by the CMOS battery. There might be printed words on the board surrounding the area to connect them that tells you which two pins are for the HDD LED.
