Question about Uniden Lands Phones
I have a Uniden, I don't know if it's the same model as yours, but you just hold down the 'greeting' button until it says "record greeting", and then you record your greeting.

On your main unit, you have the "cid" button and then three buttons next to this, above the numerals. Those three, in order, are "redial" "menu" and "record". The record button is purely for recording a voice memo for another member of the household. Press "menu", use arrows (bottom right of unit) to go down to "answer setup" and this gives you the option to record your greeting. The prompts will then tell you the rest.
