Question about Dell 5100cn Laser Printer
The is a small part under the transfer roller (Dell PN 310-5814) that is a black plastic housing with a small board inside it. A cable connects to the board. There is a tiny LED attached to the board that protudes through the black plastic that houses the board. The actual circuit board is broken. Any ideas what the replacement part is called and how I locate it?
I don't know if Geek Squad is fixing Dell printers yet since there selling thier comptuer. You might want to check with the Best Buy in your area.
