Question about Denon AVR-1705 Receiver
When I push the on/off button on, everything looks OK, the orange ring around the on/standby button comes on solid. When I push the on/standby button the orange ring goes to green and blinks slowly and the display comes on like everything is ok, then the display cuts out and the ring around the on/standby goes back to orange and blinks faster. Thats as far as it goes. I have everything disconnected and have already unplugged the unit to try to reset it.
When i turn it on it stays on for 3-4 seconds then shuts down

+15V or -15V is missing. IC101(MC7815) or IC102(MC7915) is defective
