Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
If I plug it into the USB port, it connects and even charges, but I cant open it and use my music off of it. This also makes me unable to add or delete songs. It works if I plug it into other computers, but I need it for this one. Any idea what to do?
Well, I don't know if you've restarted, but that may help. Otherwise, it may just be your firmware needs updating. Make sure, by going into your Settings and set it to MTP.
