I can see the youtube videos but the sound isn't working.

It has an electrical short circuit .If you don't know how to diagnose electrical shorts ,suggest you take it to a qualified repair shop. Your not going to learn on here . Watch these videos .

Solution to YouTube audio problem:

If there is no audio in your YouTube video, just go to the video player and move the slider to turn the volume up. A bug has caused the slider to be in mute position.

Well I had this same problem at one point. You need to try to log into google from google its self. Then try to log into youtube after. If that doesnt work then you might need to make a new youtube account

According to a youtube video, you shut down, then press vol-, vol- and Power, the Power, vol- to enter a menu. There are other youtube videos on the subject too.

You will need to clear the cache (temporary internet files) in your browser! I had this happen earlier this week with YouTube and that solve the problem instantly!
