Thank you. We turned off the machine , unplugged & restarted it .We get 6 beeps and eveything ceases. Followed your instructions after restarting and nothing happens. Would light oiling help anything? e g WD40? I'm a novice at this, how do I find your tips on keyboard repair?

found the WW1000 and am a bit reluctant to try it yet
121 says that the keyboard is not supported which means that the K.B. is bad. To get around this hold the code key, press & relase the "L" key type 001 rel the code key this sets the T/W to a US keyboard. You will have to do this until you replace the keyboard or repair it see my tip under WW1000.

Wrong keyboard selected. Press & hold code key, press & release L key, type 001, release code key. See my tip on kryboard repair under WW1000.
