Hi,

Sounds like the tuner is faulty or if its a seperate module the cables might have worked themselves loose, the video/mainboard is ok as its still able to produce an image.

If your up for it whip the back off and checks the cables as there is not much inside these models and a cable could have worked itself loose.

If everything looks fine inside, reset the Plug and Play settings and if that doesn't sort it out, then I would personally not worry about it as a seperate freeview and sky box is more than work well if not better.

Thanks

SOURCE: how can i tune my

In the US, you are not able to obtain free HD channels without a tuner and an antenna. Some HDTV's have built in tuners and depending on your location to the broadcasts, you may be able to obtain reception. It is possible that one of your TVs has a built in tuner if it is newer and this other TV does not. Analougue channels no longer exist as all channels have been converted to digital broadcast and would need to be converted if trying to view through an analogue TV. Thanks.

Samsung TV warming up and losing a colour?

Unlikely to need a new screen. The likely culprit is a bulging capacitor heating up and failing.

Have an LG LCD 42" flat screen probably 3-4 years

no there is no way, you have heated up the screen backing. only way is to remove the lcd screen and change it. as the screen its self is only 0.01 or 0.02mm at the most thick, you will probably smash the screen.

TV screen went blank and it began clicking, turning itself on/off repeatedly. Had to unplug from wall to make it stop. TV is only 2 years old and has worked perfectly until now.

the power supply board has failed. call 1-800-samsung for nearest service center. power supplies are usually $125.00 plus labor, 1 hour maximum to repair.

Samsung hc-p4252w - yellow tinge on left side of screen

If you put magnet speaker ( Standard speaker) near the TV, first you must move that speaker away from your TV because this will cause your colour TV screen color scattered. Then switch off your TV for 5 hrs. then switch it ON again your problem will be solved if the degaussing coil working.

LG PLASMA TV WITH COLOURED LINES OVER SCREEN

If the Video (Picture/Pix) is gone but you can hear the Audio (sound), then it could mean the YSUS PCB Assembly is gone/kaput/finish. Can replace the PCB, not repair the PCB due to timing circuitry involve. Cost maybe roughly $500 depending where you located. The PCB is located on the left hand side of your TV when you are facing the back (Back open). Might find 3-4 brown flex membrane connecting to the plasma panel. The PCB has a silver or black aluminum heatsink (big) on it.
Good Luck.
