Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
You'll want to go into the menu, to email and IM, then select IM. Make sure to delete any account that may be there, and turn off/cancel the service that is prompting you to create the account. (by selecting the menu button when you get there)
If all else fails, try taking your battery out for a minute or so...
