Won't turn on

Please give some more details.
I suppose it's the problem that your Sansa e250 MP3 Player won't turn on.
You could turn to Sansa official support.

My Sansa fuze is not working in Jamo i200 docking station?

The Jamo i200 is designed for Apple iPods. The Sansa Fuze is not an iPod, and is electronically incommpatible. In fact, I'm a bit surprised that you haven't irretrievably damaged the Fuze by trying to use it in the i200.

I have a red colored player like this one, we bought a stereo with a docking station, it will not play is this the right generation?

It depends on the docking station and how you have it connected to the Sansa. If the station was intended for an Apple iPod and you're trying to use the connector on the bottom of the Sansa, that most definitely will NOT work; the Sansa is not electronically compatible with an iPod.

Sansa plugged into Ipod music player - won't work now

Yep - it's a sad thing. iPod docks have ruined many a good mp3 player. Download the Sansa Recovery Tool from Sandisk's website (make sure the Sansa is not plugged into the computer yet). Once the Recovery Tool is downloaded, connect the Sansa to the computer while holding in the REC button and continue to hold it even after th player is plugged in. It should go into Recovery Mode in 10-15 seconds or so.

My sansa e280 will not play on the docking station or computer.

Two problems:
1) Your Sansa (and just about any other mp3 player) will not play while it is connected to the computer - it is only supposed to play once it is disconnected from the computer
2) Your docking station might be for brand-name iPod's only - using an incompatible docking station is one possible way to ruin your player

Get a simpler external speaker system with an audio jack that runs from the headphone jack of Sansa to the input jack of the docking station.

Dead Player

Hmmm...the MP3 parts shouldn't have lined up with the iPod dock. Check that area for damage in case your son accidentally forced it. Otherwise, hold the power button for 15 seconds. That can occasionally jump-start my player, and it turns the player off even if it is frozen.
