Set for maximum depth & maximum pressure hardly penetrates half inch cedar

run a ruler between the two points and half way will be half the distance of the ruler measurement multiplied by the scale of the map example if the ruler is 6 inches between the cities and half way is 3 inches and the scale is I inch equals 300 miles then 3 inches will be 900 miles ( scale is on the front or back of the map)

As long as you use your detector properly and set the sweep speeds correctly, you should be able to get to the following depths on average;

Dime/ Nickel - 4-8 inches

Quarter/Half Dollar - 6-12 inches

Dollar - 8-16 inches

Note that this pump can be operated at 115 volts or 230 volts (A/C) It may have come wired for 230 volt use from the vendor.

Make sure the pump is piped correctly.

There should be a wiring diagram either on the pump or in the literature so you can check to see how the pump is wired.

MAKE SURE you have the pump wired for 115 volt use in your case. Also make sure the wire size is #12 awg for the power wiring.
Make sure all connections are tight. If you have an amprobe (an instrument that measures electric current) you can check to see how many amps the pump is pulling when it runs.

You said your old pump was 1 HP. This Flotec pump is 3/4 horse so there could be some pump performance loss depending on the well depth and length of the piping runs.

when you reset RAM the by default setting will be chang. try to get setting back.

this indicate insufficient air pressure, increase slightly air pressure till you obtain desire depth of penetration of the nail. that i smost common cause

you may have some problems with piston movement, but this will as well very sharply recoil, you did not mention re-coil, therefore insufficient air pressure is correct assessment.

If the printing clearly stops, then the maximum width setting of the printer is not set to the full 4 inches (104mm) of the printhead. Go into the setup mode on the printer and look for the setting called PRINT WIDTH and make sure it's set to 104mm or close to that. If printing is only half way across the label, it's because the width is set to something less than 104mm.

if the print fades away off the label, that is due to an imbalance in the pressure across the printhead.

If you have the plugs and you have the right tools there really should not be any issues. However if your lacking some of the tools then there could be issues. I also recommend remove one and then install one. Be sure that you have a rubber lined deep socket that fits the plug. Other tools needed are a 3/8's inch drive ratchet with one short and one long extension. Use the ones that have the keeper ball and rounded heads. You may also need a 3/8's inch u-joint (swivel) it can help ensure that you do not exert force on the ceramic insulator of the plug. When removing apply some pressure to the plug and if it appears to be requiring excessive pressure stop and replace the wire. Then run the vehicle until the engine gets hot. Then try again, however there will be potential to get burned if your not careful. If it still appears to be too hard to remove then replace the wire and remove another one and then replace it. Go back to the hard ones later when the engine has cooled and then spray it with a penetrating oil. Allow it to set for a few minutes and then try and removing it. If it still wont budge spray it again with penetrating oil and repeat. Your local auto supply should have penetrating oil. If you use the penetrating oil don't allow overspray to hit any wires or hoses. Dont know if this is the sort of instructin you were wanting or not, hope this helps.
