Question about Nokia N73 Cellular Phone
I HAVE PURCHASED THE N73 MODEL PHONE TWO MONTHS BACK AND FOUND DEAD WITHIN 5WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE PHONE WAS REPAIRED BY THE NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE AT TNAGAR, CHENNAI. BUT THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS. COULD YOU PLEASE REPLACE THE UNIT AS IT IS UNDER WARRANTY AS I AM NOT 100% CONFIDENT IN USING THE SAME PHONE EFFECTIVELY AND NOT DEPENDABLE?
Brother something must be wrong with some parts of the internal hardware. If it has a warranty you may bring it back to where you bought it and have it replaced. I've been owning an n73 for a year now, but experienced a few bugs with it. Complain that they sold you a substandard good and demand a replacement.
