SKU011.CAB WORD KEEPS ASKING FOR THIS FILE

Do you still have the install CD? If so you can copy this file from the CD. It's probably named something like sku011.ca_. You may have to extract it to the location. Do a little Google searching on Extracting a CAB file and you'll probably find the result you're looking for.

SKU011.CAB is in the root folder of your Office 2003 Professional Enterprise Edition CD.

This may have happened if you use some desktop clean up utillity.

To work around this problem, you have to provide the original installation source files.

For example, use one of the following procedures when you receive the error message:
• Insert the original Office 2003 program CD that you used to install Office 2003, and then click OK.

• Click Browse, locate the Office 2003 program installation folder on the network, and then click OK.

Go into Registry Editor (Start, Run, “regedit”).
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Office, 11.0, Delivery.
There should be only 1 directory under Delivery, which is your DownloadCode (mine was 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9).
Select that directory.
On the right side of the screen, right-click on CDCache.
Change the value to 0.

If it says 12, follow same formula

have you browse your cd installer if SKU011.CAB exist if not some problem with your cd and need to replace. if SKU011.CAB exist try to copy installer to your hd and install it again from hd.
