your unlock code should be on file where you bought it. Also check the email that was sent for you from the provider. if you just don;t have a code which i suspect. you can go to: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/index.php and someone may be equipped to help you better than here. Good Luck

I have the same problem and i know what it is. There is a little tiny switch and it turns on Camera when u slide cover down and it is broken. You should take your phone to repair or buy spare part https://www.oemcellphoneparts.com/products/Nokia-6110-LB-Flex-Assembly.html and fix it yourself.
One way to get rid of this code is to use Nokia's software updater from their site. If not you may need special equipment or take it to a service point (will be cheaper).
