At this point IE7 is outdated and is now IE8 you can download it here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx As for me I am a firefox fan and that can be downloaded here http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
It seems that you might have installed some addons for IE and now you are in the situation. All you need to do it open Internet Options from Control Panel. Then in Advanced tab, click on Reset. Resetting Internet Explorer resets all settings to manufactures' default and in the process you will lose all saved passwords on Internet Explorer and you will have to re-enter them again upon use. Once done, fire-up IE and click on Tools menu > Internet Options and reset IE from Advanced tab once again from here as well. It means you will reset IE two times, first from Control Panel and then from IE window itself. Once done try to use IE and see the result.
However there are few addons available with Mozilla Firefox that resembles IE inside and opens all webpages that requires IE only. Download Coral IE Tab from: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10909
Installed the addons and switch the view to IE to open all webpages that supports IE only.
Assumption: Your internet connection is not making any problem with it. This problem happens in Internet Explorer (IE). Both both Gmail and Orkut is inaccessible in IE. Even if you will install Mozilla Firefox then the problem will persist with an error message.
This is happen by a virus infection that block the Orkut and Gmail. the only solution is that, you have to scan your PC with a updated antivirus/antispyware software and then browse. I know this is not a big problem and this will soved by the above method.
you can junk the IE for an extremely popular browser called Mozilla Firefox. Next time IE is up and running download firefox at : http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ look for the DOWNLOAD button. you will be asking yourself "why haven't I done this long ago?" Don't forget to rate me fixya! thanks
