Question about Jwin MP3 & Digital Media Players
If your JWin was working before and just recently started having issues, it may be requiring a format or firmware flash/upgrade. of course doing so would revert it back to factory default (assuming no hardware defects). In some instances, it could just be dirty contacts which of course would require cleaning. At other times, it would be a USB issue with the PC you are connecting it to.
This page would lead you to downloadable software for your product. You would need to enter the exact model number for the correct utility/software to open up and be accessible for download. Thereafter, it would be a matter of installing the utility/software and running it. Follow on screen instructions.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
