Use software such as Windows Media Player. You simply rip a CD and create a playlist which you then sync with the MP3 which should be switched on and plugged into a USB port on the PC. "DON'T FORGET TO RATE THE SOLUTION."

DUDE HERE IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION.THIS IS WHAT JWIN MANUFACTURERS RECOMMEND TOO.

If you have Windows 98 or ME please use the disc provided with your mp3 player to download software then connect your mp3 player to your USB port. For all other Windows applications please connect the mp3 player to your USB port to automatically download software. A window will pull up. Open the file and you will see the songs/file that are stored on your mp3 player. Select "My Computer" on your desktop. Select the storage place you would like to copy songs/files from (DVD RW Drive, Drive F, etc...) and open a window. You can also go to your document folder to view your music/files. You should now be able to left click and drag your music/files from your computer or cd to the mp3 window.

Hi,

If your JWin was working before and just recently started having issues, it may be requiring a format or firmware flash/upgrade. of course doing so would revert it back to factory default (assuming no hardware defects). In some instances, it could just be dirty contacts which of course would require cleaning. At other times, it would be a USB issue with the PC you are connecting it to.

This page would lead you to downloadable software for your product. You would need to enter the exact model number for the correct utility/software to open up and be accessible for download. Thereafter, it would be a matter of installing the utility/software and running it. Follow on screen instructions.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

instead of trying to sync from Media player to your MP3 player just go
to "My Music" right click on the music you wand then click "send to"
    and select your player.

    It works

    Good luck.

Hi i have a jWIN jukeman MP3 and i dont know how to download music onto it so can you please tell me how? oh and its model is a JX-MP101WHT hopefully that helps.....

Hi nukebad13...
Downloading Music to your MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer, you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up.

How to down load music on mp3

You should of got a disc with your mp3. You need to download that. Then plug it in through USB onto your comp/laptop. Then download a song you like on your computer. I use limewire to download music. Then simply play all the music on windows media player. I do them all at once (not so there all playing just so one plays then the other does and so on just like a album but on media player) then if it doesn't recognise your mp3 click "sync" then click "now playing" then "sync all"
Hope I helped Dr Reed

How to download music on my grand daughter's memorex mp3 player

The jWin mp3 players are completely incompatible with Windows Vista, so your new Dell may not be compatible. Jwin has discontinued their mp3 player line, so it is hard to find support. If your computer happens to be running Windows XP:

1) Find a CD, or sign up for a music service such as Rhapsody's Mp3-Only service - whichever service you pick, make sure that they give you the songs in mp3 format only, or you'll be be posting to this forum everyday.

2) Once you have downloaded the songs, you can transfer them to the jWin using Windows Media Player. If you have CD's, "Rip" them using the Rip tab in Windows Media Player, but be sure to go into the menu of Windows Media Player and change your Rip Options --> Format to "Mp3," or the Jwin won't recognize them.

Good luck!
