unable to clean see trouble shooting in maintenance chapter
but it does not say how to fix it also cyan does not show any volume in the colour check have changed the cartridge but still no volume

took the printer to the tip as unable to fix and it would cost more than the printer to have it fixed by an expert thanks anyway
