Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Hi I recently received an Ipod Nano from a friend and I set it up and everything worked great. I just locked the screen and I can't unlock it. I called my friend and he said that he forgot the 4 digit combination. Does anyone have a quick fix for this? i cant unlock my ipod touch it keep saying disable my daughter forgot the password she used and we tried the password she said she used and that didn't work I have no other solutions for this this is a new ipod what are other solutions to this it is a new product she got for christmas last year it has been locked and I am wanting to solution for this NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
To fix this you will need to erase all the data on the ipod(s).
plug the ipod into the computer using the included usb cable. open itunes (if it doesn't open automatically) in the column on the left side of the window there is an icon showing your ipod's name. click on it then click on the button that says "restore ipod"
WARNING: this will erase all the content on the ipod (you can put it back on later)
it will ask you to confirm. hit ok and keep your ipod plugged in as it restores it to it original state. pick the language you prefer and then load your music back on the device

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
