Issue My camera didn't come w/ the photags express CD I need the software! What can i do?

I believe you should be able to take your camara to the nerest RAdio shack or maybe even a walmart store and you should be able to purchase the pack you need for your camara, or if you just bought the camara get the reciept and exchange it for a new one. You could also call the number for the manufacturor and they will send you the items you need for a fee that varies

No, you don't need PhoTags. If you're using a memory card, get a card reader. You can use it to download to a folder you create on your desktop. From there, you can do anything you want in the program of your choice.

You can buy a USB cord at Walmert although you would be better off using a card reader to download pics. Then, you woudn't need the CD. The quickstart guide can be downloaded at the Vivitar site.

My daughter assisted me with turning the tower over so it layed flat on the floor. We were then able to insert the disk & upload the Photags Express software.

You can contact the manufacturer whom will resent you the software either via electronically or a CD through the mail. Also, some times electronics have "firm ware upgrades" which can fix or solve electronic issues with out having to mail it back to them.
