Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
If the cam is functional you should be able to see it in "My Computer". Check to see if it is there first. If it is right click on it and see what options are available for the cam and if you can see something on it there. If it is not listed there then check the device manager in control panel to see if it is listed. There may be a problem with it.
Also what ever software you are using may need to be configured to recognize the cam.
