Full instructions are too detailed for this forum I will try and post it on http://www.bluejag.co.uk in the near future for you.
but briefly
you first need to remove the Fuel tank
then the pump
Disconnect Battery
Drain fuel tank if possible.
Remove filler cap
Remove rear seat cushion
Detach Wiring harness
Remove rear subframe
Detach Filler
Disconnect filter
Disconnect purge pipe
Disconnect evap emisions hose
Remove fuel tank support strap retaining bolts
Remove tank
then
Disconnect electrical connector
Remove Locking ring using Jaguar tool 310-072A
Remove transfer pump
We couldn't get our interior lights to come on. We found that the plastic cover surrounding the fixture had been slightly pulled down. Once we pushed back into place they worked fine.

Fuel pump is accessed through a hole below the back seat. Remove the seat and there is a rubber round cover over each fuel pump. Fuel pumps are held in place with a large round retaining ring that is screwed off.

1) jack-up left front of car (drivers-side)and remove wheel.
2) Remove plastic inner fender .
The maintenance schedule is every 12-thousand miles.
Caution prior to removing fuel filter-
Pull the fuel pump relay or fuse while engine is running, this will
disable the electric fuel pump and release fuel pressure in line.

You can find it at most local part stores...

in the mass fuse box, under the dash, unless you have the manual you will not beable to tell wich one it is.. get a chiltons repair manual or a haynes...

Probably the heater control valve, had same issue, started with one side not hot, then erratic, hot then cold while heat is set to hot, now both side are cold to lukewarm. diagnosed as heater control valve, common for jag s-types and x-types. located on the passenger side, down low the side of the radiator, it has several hoses into and out of valve, and a electrical connector.
