Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Multimedia audio controller driver deleted

How did the driver become deleted? Virus? Manually or by accident?
To solve this issue you can try to go into your Device Manager and Scan for new hardware and see if the driver automatically installs itself again, or if the Audio controller shows up you can try a Driver Rollback.
In order to help you though we will need more information.
  1. Computer Make/Model (eg: Dell Vostro 320)
  2. Windows version (eg: XP, Vista, 7)

Error on mutlimedia controller

Try using Windows Update.

It usually has most audio drivers for a variety of boards.

That's the easiest route to go. If that doesn't work, let me know and i'll dig deeper.
