I have recently moved, when I reconnected the X box to the T.V. it no longer recognizes the wireless controllers. After trying to reconnect a controller, I get a flashing green ring on both the controller and the console.

How can i unlock my keyboard

Recognize that you have a locked keyboard.

If your PC computer is not responding to keystrokes or is responding very slowly, you could have a locked keyboard.

Use your mouse to move the pointer over the "Start" button.

Use the left-click button to bring up the "Start" pop-up menu.

Position the pointer over "Settings" and use the left-click button to select. T

hen select "Control Panel." On some versions of PC operating systems, you can select "Control Panel" directly from the "Start" menu.

Select "Accessibility Options" to bring up another menu, then select "Keyboard."

You'll see three options that have check boxes.

Make sure each check box does not have a check mark in it.

The three options are "StickeyKeys," "FilterKeys" and "ToggleKeys."

Note that these options can become checked if the keyboard operator has repeatedly depressed the "Shift" key in rapid succession--or if the "Shift" key is held down for longer than eight seconds.

If the keyboard is still not responding, the problem could be that the computer has lost communication with the keyboard.

Turn off the computer.

Disconnect the power supply.

Remove and then reconnect the keyboard cable, then reconnect the power supply.

Turn the computer on.

This will reboot the computer, allowing it to recognize the keyboard.

hope this helps

I have a Lexmark X4550 printer. Recently, when I try to scan it asks me to enter a PIN. I don't recall ever setting a PIN. How can I reset it and/or set my printer to not require it?

A quick fix for most communication errors can be achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Simply disconnect the printer from your computer. Reboot your pc. Unplug and re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reconnect it to your computer. Then try to print again once the computer fully recognizes the USB connection.

If that doesn't help, try the steps below:

1. Disconnect the printer from your computer.

2. Rebrick (pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds).

2. On your computer, go to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes.

3. Delete the Lexmark print object.

4. Reboot your pc.

5. When your pc turns on, reconnect the printer.

6. Wait until your pc fully recognizes the USB connection. To check, go to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes. If you see a new Lexmark print object in the list again, then try to print again.

Wireless keyboard and optical mouse

Thanks! I fixed the problem by installing a USB mouse and using fn+f9. That unlocked the mouse so I could use the pointer leaving just the keyboard problem. I then tried reconnecting the wireless keyboard (by using the button on the receiver and under the keyboard) Hey Presto!!
