MY KEY PAD IS LOCKED, I CAN RECIEVE CALLS BUT CAN'T MAKE ANY OR GET INTO MY MENU PAGE, I TRY TO UNLOCK KEY PAD NOTHING HAPPENS.

keypad locked by itself and I can only take incoming calls. Everything else seems to be working

I was texting a friend 2 days ago and all of a sudden the keys started having a mind of their own and it started texting backwards and deleting words etc. Since then, the key pad has now completely jammed/locked up. I can receive callas/texts etc but I cant read or reply or answer my phone. Please help. A strange symbol has appeared on the screen too - a blue square with the letter A in it??????
