Try using a CD cleaner. Generally this sort of problem occurs due to dust accumulating on the lens. The CD cleaner comes along with a solution.just spray on the CD and allow it to play in the CD drive. Sometimes the problem might even be due to a virus. Check whether your anti-virus is up to date.
HERE YA GO!! GOOD OLD FASHIONED BEATING FIXED MINE... I PROMISE THIS. When you turn on your CDX... HIT THE SQUARE AREA where the play button and the cue buttons are located. Does it pop out immediately? If not, listen carefully to the drive after you insert the disc. Can you hear the disc spinning? Any activity from the laser? If the disc is not spinning but you can hear the faint whirring and clicking of the laser transport, it could be that the laser itself has failed - it's the laser that detects if a CD is present. If it doesn't detect anything (due to being knackered!), the disc will not spin and will eject.
