You do not want to convert anything to a 220 v connection !!!! Your RV is 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC.
Use a 30amp female to 15 amp male adapter to plug in to regular household receptacle on generator. Available at hardware store and RV stores.

Trying to replace a 3prong plug with a 4prong plug

Ok, so you currently have a three prong cord on your dryer? Your house has a 4 prong receptacle? Ok so now you've purchased a 4 prong dryer pigtail? Be sure cord is unplugged. Remove cover of junction in back of dryer. You will see three terminals. They should be labeled something like L1,L2,N . ON one terminal you well see a small ground strip This is currently connecting the neutral terminal to ground. On the new cord connect the outside two conductors to L1 +L2 connect the white conductor to the N terminal. Connect the green (ground) conductor to the frame where the copper bonding was. This seperates the neutral conductor from the equipement grounding conductor.

Dryer sat outside for 5 months

You need a test instrument called a megger to tell the value of the insulation of the machine, one thing you can do is use an ohm meter between the power leads and frame, if you have a lot of resistance it is likely you can use it.

Is it inside now in a temp controlled area?

Can you get the back off with taking out probably several screws to expose the insides?

If so you can set a heater with a blower by it and blow warm air inside to dry out any wet insulation, the goal is to make sure no insulation anywhere, controls, wiring, motor is still wet and will conduct when you first plug it in.

Your issue is as follows;
"iI HAVE A DRYER 4PRONG POWER CORD \. HOUSE OUTLET THREE PRONG NEDD TO CHANGE POWER CORD.DRYER INSTRUCTION CONNECT 4 TERMMINAL.WHAT HAPPEN WHEN CONNECT THREEN TERMINAL."

A 3 prong cord should be wired as follows:

1. 1 end of cord connects to 1 outside terminal.
2. The other end of the cord connects to the remaiing outside terminal.
3. The center wire connects to the center terminal.
4. A separate ground wire should be attached from the dryer chassis, then to a metal cold water line, or an exterior grounding rod.
