Westinghouse two door fride freezer. The two blue lights are whis is between the first and second shelf is never happened before. They were both on but every time you open the door its stopped but when...

Frankly not sure unless something else going on. Some ice makers have a cut off light that when you open it lights up so ice won't kick out at your door while door open. Could also be a feature : https://www.masters.com.au/product/100399477/westinghouse-side-by-side-fridge-700l-wse7000sf
Motor kick on could be the compressor kicking on because the door is open and all that cold air is coming out and it is now turning on to cool again.

Motor runs for a few seconds than cuts out. No cooling

The startup capacitor is weak and that makes the overload switch kick in. You can get a 1/4 hp to 1/3 hp 3 in 1 hard start relay to fix that from graingers, or 1stsourceparts. EZ instructions.

Try hoovering the cooling rad on the back of the fridge freezer, as this tend to clog up with dust and other matter, which reduces the cooling efficiency

The refrigarator doesn't cool good, but motor sounds like is workong

In side by sides if the fridge side not working correctly it means that the air vent from the freezing unit has stuck in the closed position which causes the fridge to not be any where near as cool as it should be and if it is too cold then the vent is stuck in the open position. The vent is controlled by a small sync motor and either the motor has become faulty, the control module is faulty or the vent is iced up, which can be caused by putting too many hot items in the fridge so the steam condenses and freezes the vent in position and then the motor cannot open or close it causing it and / or the control module to become faulty. Other times it is just old age that causes the motor and / or the control module to fail. Best call a service engineer asap.

In stand alone fridges the answer could be that the cooling panel at the rear is dirty and needs thoroughly dusting / cleaning / unblocking and checking that there is enough space around it to cool properly and that it is not near any heat sources such as an oven, air vent, microwave exhaust, etc.. It could also be caused by a problem that has resulted in a loss of the refrigerant gas and will need regassing by a service engineer. Also check that the thermostat is working correctly, turn it up and the fridge compressor motor should kick in, turn it down and the motor should turn off. Also make sure that the fridge is not iced up, or overloaded, so cool air cannot circulate inside it.

If all else fails call in aservice engineer.

Both Freezer & Fridge compartments not cooling

clean the coil behind the fridge or under the fridge (where ever they are) and make sure both fans are running, the one in the freezer and the one underneath. If that don't work you may be low on freon change fan motor

Lights on but fridge not working on Fisher and Paykel N500B

There could be a few reason 1 you may have a faulty temp control switch try taping it to see if it kicks on.If that does not work remove the compressor start switch shake it to hear any noise like pieces burnt in it.If not try advancing your defrost timer to see it kicks on also.If those do not work you may have an elecrical problem.
