I got a pokemon GBA Emerald and I played it and the description said like new but when I save it after I am ready to turn it off or save it, it says, "Saving dont turn off power." Then it says, "Save failed. Checking the back up memory... Please wait, time required about 1 minute." But it never stops help!

first there is no problem of the cheats so don't blame them and solution is that when ur game doesn't don't try rubbing liquid on it as the game will crash because of short circuit my suggest u to go in settings go saved utility copy copy urn saved file and make a folder in your pc and delte the game get a new one and go in saved folder and left click on the folder open with and then choose pokemon emerald and your saved file will work in the game by u will not loose urn save data

After downloading the emulator and rom, extract it to any folder and run the emulator. Before opening the rom, you need to configure the buttons to play the game.
To do that, goto options->joypad->configure->1 and select the buttons that you want to use and then click Ok.
Then drag and drop the rom file into the emulator, and play.
it's not possible to get back the saved file..... for some reason that happens a lot on ds/ds lites..... there is nothing wrong with the emerald game. try playing emerald on a GBA.
It mean some how you damaged the file, you might have turned it off when saving it, if you do that at the right moment it happens you, will have to start over sorry!
